We offer returns or exchanges up to 14 days after you received your package. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Items listed as non-refundable or non-exchangeable cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have returned in original product packaging, including the jewelry pouch
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
For exchange, please allow 5-7 business days after the package has been delivered back to us to complete the exchange process. If there is a price difference between the item being returned compared to the requested exchange item, you will be responsible for the price difference. You will be responsible for paying for the outgoing shipping costs on exchanged orders.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please including your order number and a photo of the damaged product in the email. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a 100% satisfactory solution.
